Four Mushroom Caesar Pasta

1 bottle (355 mL)
Renée's® Caesar Dressing
1 lb box (454 g)
Uncooked egg noodles (broad-shaped)
White cooking onions, finely diced
1/2 lb

Mushrooms, assorted (Oyster, Portobello, Golden Cup, Shiitake, etc)

1/2 cup
Finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp



3/4 cup

Grated Parmesan cheese


To taste

Salt and pepper


For frying

Olive oil


TIP Add some cooked shrimp or cooked chicken to the noodles. 


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Sauté onions in a saucepan with some olive oil over med-high heat until translucent. Add pepper to taste.
  3. Add mushrooms to onion. Stir often. Cook until mushrooms and onions are browned.
  4. Add fresh parsley. Add Renée’s Caesar Dressing and thyme.
  5. Simmer and stir well for about 5-7 minutes. Add noodles and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Mix well and serve immediately.
