Ingredients

Renée's® Southwest Ranch Dressing
 
4 oz
Renée's® Spring Herb Italian Vinaigrette

6 oz chicken breast, skinless & boneless

14-inch diameter pizza crust shell
 
12 oz
Assorted red, green and yellow sweet bell peppers, sliced
 
4 oz
Black olives
 
8 oz
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
 
To taste        
Salt and pepper and oregano
 
TIP Substitute Renée's® Southwest Ranch Dressing for Renée’s Southwest Ranch Dip. 

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in Renée’s Spring Herb Italian Vinaigrette for 30 minutes. Grill chicken until cooked. Cool and slice into strips.
  2. Spread Renée’s Southwest Ranch Dressing or Renée’s Southwest Ranch Dip on to pizza crust. Top with cheese, chicken, peppers and olives.
  3. Bake in a 450ºF oven until cheese and crust is golden.
