Southwestern Rotini Pasta Salad

1 cup
      Renée's® Southwest Ranch Dip
3 cups
      Rotini pasta
1 can
      Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can
      Corn, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp 
      Taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup
      Chopped red and green bell pepper
1/2 cup
      Sliced black olives
1/2 cup
      Sliced celery
1/2 cup
      Chopped green onions
      Large tomato, chopped
4 oz
      Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 head
      Leaf lettuce


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse.
  2. In large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except cheese and lettuce, toss well.
  3. Serve pasta salad on lettuce leaves and garnish with cheese.

Make pasta mixture ahead of time and keep in fridge, covered until ready to serve on top of lettuce.
